Biography:

Born in Manhattan's Lower East Side, Vincenzo "Vinnie" Smegma has spent much of life vagrant. Always on the streets Vinnie took refuge camping out beneath New York City bridges, squatting in decrepit abandoned buildings, and more often than not passing out in Tompkins Square Park (before the police moved in and eradicated the homeless). Vinnie is well-known for his discerning taste in music (i.e. only subgenres of Punk).
